Amazing location and spacious room

If you want to stay in the old town, this is the perfect location. Right in the middle of everything, but with amazing windows that make it very quiet inside the room.

highly recommend this apartment for the location, amenities and the wonderful service from the host!

A fabulous location with a super comfortable and clean apartment, a nice small balcony overlooked the street below allowing us to soak up the atmosphere whilst in the room. it has excellent aircon and towels were changed daily. The blinds provide good blockout and noise from the street with the balcony doors closed is minimal. The best thing about the apartment however is the service and help we received from host Vedrana and her daughter, absolutely outstanding in helping us find free car parking, beach recommendations, dining help and even securing me a nail appointment. the service they provide is 10/10.

The perfect spot!

EVERYTHING!!! This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Split. The only thing we regret is not staying here longer. The room was well furnished, super clean, super comfortable and the host was incredible! You will not regret this stay.

Beautiful clean room, perfect location and very friendly host

Perfect location: in the center of the hold town close to many restaurants, cafees/cocktail bars and attractions. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Despite the central location, it was a quite quiet room. The accommodation was very clean and towels were changed daily. Upon arrival, Vedrana gave extra information on what to visit and where to eat, and was available during the entire time of the stay to answer questions.

Breakfast included in the price consists on a voucher to be used at a cafe very close to the rooms (Kokoba Favola) which does not really offer a breakfast suitable for a 4* accommodation

What an amazing place, don’t hesitate to book here! It is a beautifully furnished suite in a centuries old building within the Diocletian Palace. amazing breakfast provided in cafe 1 min walk away. Staff were so friendly and helpful. would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to travel back to Split.

Lovely accommodation if you are ok with stairs

The hotel was situated in the heart of the Old Town. Large rooms with good soundproofed windows. Entry through an Art Gallery (you get keys to enter in the evening) Vouchers for breakfast in a lovely bistro at the end of the street.

I would say this property is not suitable for those with any type of mobility issues due to the amount of uneven and steep steps to access the rooms.

Right in the centre of old town, close to everything. The building is old but interior is fully renovated.

The entrance is a gallery store which is a bit odd.

Huge room in a unique location

Amazing, unique location. Lovely staff. Airport transport service available for 35 euro. Great shower pressure.

I wish the provided toiletries were a shampoo and separate conditioner. There was a hair/body wash (a hate crime against hair!) and a body wash, no conditioner. Not a big deal but when you're travelling with hand luggage only you depend on the toiletries that come in the room.

a gem of a palace room and city.

Loved the central location in the heart of the old town district, the hostess, Vedrana who went above and beyond to help us with a lost card issue by lending us her phone and coming over to help us. Wonderful host and so warm and kind. j Loved the fact that it was located in one of the second oldest palaces in the old town. What a wonderful experience to stay in a palace and enjoy the festivities of the biggest holiday of the year. We did not plan it that way but we sure enjoyed the hub and vibe of people and kiosks on the harbour and vendors selling artisans wares and a bandstand playing music. We even enjoyed the fireworks that night. one of the highlights of our stay.

There was nothing to dislike. we were in the perfect location to enjoy all aspects of the old town vibe.
